Give us collaborator access
If you are stuck on setup, send us a collaborator request code and we will install and configure Bonde on your store for you.
We do not run demos or setup calls for Bonde. If you are stuck, the fastest fix is to let us into your store for a few minutes as a collaborator: we install the app, switch on the theme block, check the settings and tell you what we did. You stay in control of the access and can remove it right after.
What collaborator access is
A collaborator account is Shopify's way of letting an agency work in your admin without a staff seat. It is tied to our Shopify Partner account, shows up as "Conspire" in your users list, has only the permissions you grant, and can be removed by you at any time. It is not a password share.
Send us the request code
- In your Shopify admin, go to Settings and then Users.
- Scroll to Collaborators. If Require a collaborator request code is off, turn it on.
- Copy the four-digit collaborator request code shown there.
- Reply to any of our emails (or write to hello@conspireagency.com) with the code, your store URL and one line about where you are stuck.
What happens next
- We send a collaborator request from our Partner account. It asks for the Apps and channels and Online Store themes permissions, which is what the setup needs, and nothing else.
- You will get an email from Shopify. Approve the request under Settings, Users, Collaborators.
- We complete the setup, usually the same business day, and reply with what we changed.
- Remove our access whenever you like from the same page. We never keep it longer than the job needs.
